The Pressure-Pro Pro-Super Skid 6012PRO-20G is a heavy-duty gas-powered hot water pressure washer designed for demanding industrial cleaning applications requiring high flow, reliable heat performance, and fully self-contained operation. Built on a rugged skid frame with forklift channels, it is engineered for durability, mobility, and versatile installation on trucks or trailers.
Features
The unit is built on a rugged powder coated steel, low-profile frame with forklift channels and 48" L x 43" W x 48" H dimensions for flexible installation. It uses a super efficient Schedule 80 heating coil combined with a stainless steel coil wrap, burner hood, and control panel for long-lasting durability in harsh environments. A 12-gallon onboard poly fuel tank (non-CARB evaporative compliant, not for sale to California) supplies fuel to a reliable Beckett burner with an adjustable thermostat for controlled water temperature output. The system includes a 3VX belt drive system for balanced power transfer, along with engine and pump oil drains for easier maintenance.
This model is fully self-contained and requires no external power source. It includes a 12V electrical system with a 20 amp charging system, a 12V battery, and a marine battery box. Safety features include a pressure relief valve, and all units are factory assembled, tested in the USA, and delivered ready to operate.
Standard accessories include a gun and wand assembly with insulated grip and quick connects, a 50’ high pressure hose with quick connects, a Maxi-Flo 20% chemical injector assembly with quick connects, four color-coded QC spray nozzles, and one color-coded QC chemical nozzle.
