Return/Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee for Buyer's Remorse
If you're returning the item for reasons of buyer's remorse, please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. If the item is shown to be used and not within its original packaging the refund will be denied.
Gas-Powered Products
Due to hazmat concerns, gas-powered products (including those that use gas or oil) cannot be returned once operated (i.e., filled with gas or oil). These items must be in unused condition to be eligible for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Final Sale Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive defective or damaged. These typically include, but are not limited to, Clearance, Refurbished/Pre-Owned, and Discontinued items. Such items will be clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the listing. Please be certain of your decision before purchasing these items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

4. Return Criteria
Defective Products: Items defective due to manufacturing faults.
Shipping Damage: Products damaged during shipping, with appropriate evidence provided.
Incorrect Items: Items incorrectly supplied or not as ordered.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within the return window agreed upon (e.g., 30 days from the date
of sale).
Manufacturer Warranty: All products come with a one-year manufacturer warranty. Returns due to defects
within this period will be handled per warranty terms.
Restocking Fee
Non-Defective Returns: A 20% restocking fee applies for returns due to change of mind or reasons unrelated to
defects or shipping damage. Customers are also responsible for any incurred shipping costs.
Buyer Refusal: If a package is refused by the buyer and returned to GCM, the same 20% restocking fee and
shipping cost responsibility apply.
Unauthorized Returns: Products returned without prior authorization (RMA number) will not be accepted.
Condition Discrepancies: Returns that do not meet the condition criteria will be rejected and sent back to the
customer at their expense.
Custom or Special-Order Items: These items may not be returnable unless they are defective or incorrectly
supplied.
