Return & Refund Policy for BE Power Equipment
Return Authorization & Restocking Fee
All returns must be approved by our Returns Manager before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for credit. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, the damage must be noted on the delivery receipt or the shipment must be refused as damaged. Failure to document damage at the time of delivery may result in the claim being denied. All damage and return authorizations must be approved by our Returns Manager before proceeding.
Return for Credit
This policy applies only to new items in original packaging. Items must be returned to BE Power Equipment for credit, and a Return Authorization must be obtained prior to shipping. Returns without authorization will not receive a credit.

Shipping Costs: The sender is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Warranty Coverage
BE Power Equipment guarantees to the original retail purchaser that new products are free from defects in materials and workmanship within the outlined warranty period. If a defect is found within this timeframe, BE Power Equipment may choose to repair, replace, or issue a credit for the product.
Warranty Limitations:

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the end user. A valid proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

Warranty covers defects from regular operational use and does not cover failures due to lack of maintenance, negligence, misuse, freezing damage, alterations, chemical deterioration, scale buildup, rust, thermal shock, thermal expansion, transportation damage, oil changes, valve adjustments, or fuel system issues.

Using the wrong fuel, water, or power supply is considered misuse and is not covered.

Normal wear items such as O-rings, valves, seals, filters, spark plugs, and packings are not covered under warranty. Regular maintenance is required for these parts.
Liability Disclaimer
BE Power Equipment disclaims all liability for injuries, property damage, incidental damages, rental loss, time loss, transportation costs, or consequential damages. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation, application, and usage of purchased products.
This policy is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. BE Power Equipment does not authorize any dealer, service center, or agent to modify the scope of this warranty in any way.
